In 2023, we are supporting the use of renewable energy sources in the sector by implementing a 3.6 MW solar power plant on a 27,000 m² site at the Kütahya OSB, and in 2024, by implementing a 10.6 MW solar power plant on a 170,000 m² site; In line with our commitment to energy efficiency, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint.

We do not merely express our vision of a sustainable world as a policy; through the investments we make in accordance with our sustainable production philosophy, we demonstrate our environmental responsibility through concrete actions.

Inspired by our commitment to the world and its future, as part of our VALUe policy, we generate our own electricity from renewable sources thanks to the solar panels installed on our factory roof, covering an area of 27,000 m², and our solar farm located in the Simav district of Kütahya, spanning 170,000 m².

As a result of these investments, our total installed solar energy capacity has reached 14.2 MW, and our facility’s electricity needs can now be fully met by renewable energy sources. By reducing grid electricity consumption to zero, we have achieved significant cost efficiency in energy expenses and made a strong contribution to reducing carbon emissions caused by electricity consumption. These investments serve as a concrete demonstration of our commitment to sustainable production and our environmental responsibility, and they underscore our determination to continue pursuing renewable energy projects and eco-friendly practices in the future.
